foyer
The foyer of Palazzo Pucci is an entrance space that precedes the main hall. It is accessed from the external courtyard on the ground floor, through the majestic marble monumental staircase.
The foyer can be used as a reception area for guests, for setting up a registration desk during conferences and meetings, or for organizing a cloakroom. The space is about 40 sqm and is equipped with tables and chairs.
Courtyard
On the ground floor of the Palace, with access from via de’ Pucci 2, there is a square courtyard that can be used for special setups or catering during the warmer months. Part of the space is covered by the portico that precedes the entrance to the palace.
apollo
Apollo Hall is the largest room on the noble floor and is the ideal venue for events in Florence. It can host ceremonies, exhibitions, and gala dinners. It has a capacity of 180 seats in a theater arrangement, while it can accommodate about 160 people for a seated dinner or 200 for a cocktail. The hall’s height of about 7 meters also allows for video projections with large screens and drone shots.
The richness and quality of the frescoes and the precious paintings give charm and atmosphere to the events held here. The room is equipped with a stage, tables for speakers, and 180 chairs. The furnishings are movable and can be arranged according to the client’s needs.

Paris Hall is adjacent to the main hall and can host up to 60 people in theater seating, 60 for a seated dinner, and 75 for a cocktail. This room can be used on its own with an independent entrance or in support of Apollo Hall, for example, for a reception following an event. The room is equipped with a stage, a speaker’s table, and 80 chairs. All furnishings are movable.

Supporting the main rooms on the same floor is the Cloud Room, a space of about 70 sqm where small workshops, meetings, lounge areas for guests, or catering services can be hosted. Its decorated ceiling, reminiscent of the spring sky, gives the room a beautiful light.

room
A small (about 41 sqm) and cozy space with a scenic fireplace, ideal for setting up temporary workstations, conference secretariats, or as a logistical support area. It is naturally lit by windows overlooking via de’ Pucci.

With its splendid decorated ceiling, the Arts Room is the smallest space available (39 sqm) and is also naturally lit. This room is often used as a large cloakroom or service area.
